Every organisational dimension and cultural dimension "drills down" into 12 aspects (competencies or behaviours). These competencies and behaviours are the aspects that together contribute to each dimension. There may be strong and weak aspects in every organisational dimension. The performance and importance of these aspects can be considered individually for development. Each of the dimensions has a pair of charts like the ones below. These are a sample of a drill down of the management practices dimension.

The drill down also contains top 10 and bottom 10 aspects aspects of perfrmance, importance and difference like the ones below.

We can also structure the diagnostic so that we can give comparison reports that compare between regions, levels of management or another comparison that is imprtant to you. These comparisons can be down at the higher level diagnostic or in a drill like the example below.
