Wayne Back, B.Sc. (Hons), M. Mgt. is the Managing Director of Organisational Development International.

Wayne has an eclectic history including stints as an atomic physicist and astrophysicist, as a management and leadership trainer, and a CEO and COO of a large NFP as well as a conference key-note speaker

He combines his analytical ability, a lifetime of public speaking with his experience with people to provide analysis, insight and development to organisations.

He delivers the organisational diagnosis as well as middle and senior management training. Presenters from Management Training Australia also deliver the front-line management training.
