The diagnostic report that Organisational Development International provided accurately pinpointed the strengths and weaknesses across our organisation. It enabled us to have more objective discussions as to where our real development needs were situated. The report was comprehensive and highlighted several blind spots that existed across the tiers of our management. The discussions that ensued were far more open around what we needed to change. The training that Organisational Development International then provided was targeted at specific development needs at the right place in the organisation. We left the training not just with fresh ideas but also with specific plans to develop our key areas of weakness
