The diagnostic report that Organisational Development International provided accurately pinpointed the strengths and weaknesses across our organisation. It enabled us to have more objective discussions as to where our real development needs were situated. The report was comprehensive and highlighted several blind spots that existed across the tiers of our management. The discussions that ensued were far more open around what we needed to change. The training that Organisational Development International then provided was targeted at specific development needs at the right place in the organisation. The on-line inventory provided by Organisational Development International was simple to use and resulted in an extremely rapid analysis of our organisation. We were wanting to know what specifically was falling down in our middle management operations (which was highlighted extremely well). The added bonus was that we also discovered potential areas of development in our senior management operations and in our general management skills.
